They were able to diagnose a tricky coolant-leak issue that originally appeared to be a head gasket leak on both heads (over $2500 repair estimate).

However, they kept running a variety of tests to verify the problem and, through great "detective" work, discovered a leaking front seal that was very hard to find based on how the coolant "snaked" its way around the engine.  So the repair was only $500.

The word that comes to mind?  Integrity. They could have "had me" for over $2500; but they demonstrated fairness, skill, and integrity by continuing to go above-and-beyond to diagnose the problem and fix it. I give JC Automotive my highest recommendation! - Donaldo M (5 star review found on Yelp)
